Paragon Kits is operated by Michael Schultz, a sole proprietor based in Los Angeles, California, United States. These terms apply to purchases from paragonkits.shop together with the product description, our refund and digital delivery policies, and the license supplied with each product.

Who can purchase

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian who can enter into the contract must make the purchase for you.

Orders and products

Our products are digital downloads. Review the selected product or bundle, its contents, price, compatibility requirements and license before purchasing. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and being authorized to use your chosen payment method. The total price for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Product descriptions and outcomes

Check the product description for included files, compatibility requirements and license information before you buy. We do not promise a particular artistic, commercial or financial outcome. This does not reduce our responsibility to supply content that meets its description or applicable legal requirements.

Delivery and help

Our digital delivery and refund policies explain how to receive your files and request help. No term removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Store policy updates do not retroactively reduce the license rights granted with an earlier purchase.

Store platform and privacy

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases. We share information with Shopify and service providers, including providers in other countries, to operate the store. Shopify also provides services using interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your choices.

Use of sounds and presets

Products are licensed for use under their stated terms; purchasing files does not transfer ownership of the underlying sounds, recordings, compositions or presets. For material expressly identified as royalty-free, you may use it in your own music, including commercial releases, without required royalty splits, production credits or co-writer credits under that product’s license.

The Vocal Loops folders in Paragon Vocal Kits Vol. 1 and 2 are not royalty-free. Their included sample clearance agreements govern permitted use and any clearance, payment, publishing or credit obligations. Music Library packs are also not royalty-free and require clearance for commercial use. Contact music@paragonkits.shop for clearance.

These exceptions also apply when a product is purchased within a bundle. A product’s specific license or clearance agreement controls its permitted use if it differs from this general summary. If anything is unclear or appears inconsistent, contact us before using the affected material.

Restrictions on redistribution

Unless the applicable product license expressly permits otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute or give away any kit, sound or preset as a standalone file, or include it in another sample pack or sound library. If this restriction differs from the license supplied with your product, that license controls. Updates to these store policies do not reduce rights granted with earlier purchases. This restriction does not prevent you from releasing and selling your own music incorporating material as permitted by its applicable license.
