All Paragon Kits products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge.

Digital files are provided through download links.

Please enter your email address carefully. If you are expecting a download email, check your spam or junk folder. If you cannot find your download instructions or a link is not working, contact info@paragonkits.shop with your order number and checkout email so we can help.

Many products arrive as ZIP files. Download the complete file and extract it before using the contents. You will need enough storage space and compatible software. Preset packs require the software or plugin identified on the product page; that software is not included unless the description expressly says otherwise.

Keep a backup of your purchased files. If you need help accessing an earlier order, contact us. Downloading a product does not change the license or clearance requirements described on its product page and in its included license documents.
