Refund policy

Paragon Kits sells digital downloads, including sounds, sample packs and presets. No physical items are shipped.

Change of mind

Subject to the cancellation and consumer rights below, once you have downloaded a product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product or no longer need it. Please review the product description, audio previews, included files, software requirements and license terms before purchasing.

If you have not downloaded your purchase and want to cancel, contact info@paragonkits.shop promptly. We will review the order and any cancellation rights that apply to you.

Missing files or technical problems

If your download is missing, incomplete, corrupted or does not match its description, email info@paragonkits.shop with your order number, the email used at checkout and a brief explanation. For technical issues, include the affected filename, your operating system and the software or plugin version you are using. Do not send card details or passwords.

We will investigate and help you access the correct working files. Where an issue cannot be resolved, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement files, a price reduction or a refund.

Duplicate purchases or charges

If you believe you purchased the same product twice by mistake or were charged twice for one order, contact us with the relevant order numbers. We will verify what happened and correct any duplicate charge. Accidental duplicate orders will be reviewed individually.

Approved refunds

For a valid statutory cancellation or withdrawal, we reimburse all payments for the cancelled purchase without undue delay and within 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and charge no refund fee. Other approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm when a refund is issued; the time it appears depends on your payment provider.

UK and EU cancellation rights

If you are a consumer and UK or EU cancellation law applies to your purchase, you generally have 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel an online digital-content purchase. The period may be extended if required cancellation information was not provided. This right is lost for digital content supplied without a physical medium only when supply begins after your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose that right, and the required confirmation has been provided. If those conditions have not been met, your applicable cancellation rights remain. Contact info@paragonkits.shop to exercise them.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described. Where a cancellation or withdrawal period applies, it is lost only when the legal conditions for losing that right have been met. A download alone does not replace any express consent or acknowledgment required by law.

To cancel or withdraw, email info@paragonkits.shop or send a clear statement to the business mailing address in our Contact information before the applicable deadline. You can also use our optional cancellation forms; using a form is not required. An order number can help us locate your purchase; it is not a condition of exercising your rights.
